Service Description
Assisted Stretching is a guided, full-body flexibility session designed to help you move freely, reduce tightness, and recover faster. Unlike self-stretching, this technique allows you to safely reach deeper ranges of motion with the help of a trained therapist. Perfect for gym-goers, athletes, or anyone feeling stiff from training or long hours sitting. Each session is fully clothed — no oils or lotions — and focuses on improving mobility, posture, and overall performance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At AR Sports Massage, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the policy below before booking your session. 1. Booking Rules Advance booking: Appointments can be made up to 3 hours before the start time. Card on file: To secure your booking, a valid card must be stored on file, even if you choose the “Pay in person” option. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy. You’re welcome to pay after your session by cash or card. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client, while the full fee still applies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time with no charge. More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee. Between 24 hours and the start time: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-show or less than 1 hour’s notice: 100% of the session fee will be charged. Changes can be made directly through your booking confirmation link or by contacting us. 3. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Refunds When applicable, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that card processing fees may not be refundable. 5. Health & Safety If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, please contact us as soon as possible. Your session may need to be rescheduled for everyone’s safety.
